Member Associations must complete the FORS registration for all participants. Please refer to page 3 of the invitation for more details.

We encourage you to book your reservations on-line using OCOR. This system was designed to make the reservation process more accurate and allow for changes to existing reservations:

  • Accommodations and lodging
  • Transportation
  • Entry Fees
  • Payment processing
  • Visa information to travel to the US
 

 

Timeline for Registration Due Dates

*If your country requires a visa to travel to the USA, it is important that you start the process as soon as possible. Your application should be submitted for your visa no later than 1 June 2010.

Starting date for on-line registration with FORS is: 3 February 2010
Starting date for OC On-line Registration (OCOR): 3 February 2010

End of FORS Preliminary Registration: 5 May 2010
Preliminary Accommodations Reservation Form: 5 May 2010
Entry Fee & Payment Worksheet: 5 May 2010
End of FORS Final Registration: 13 July 2010
Final Accommodations Reservation Form: 15 July 2010
WSU Key Deposit Form: 15 July 2010
Transportation Form: 15 July 2010
