Lodging accommodations for guests will be provided at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Please note that your rate includes lodging taxes, daily shuttle to the venues, and meals are provided at Weber State University (WSU). Airport transportation is not included, but may be available at an additional cost of $100 if your travel dates are as follows:

Arrival: Sunday, August 1st or Monday, August 2nd
Departure:: Sunday, August 8th

All accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. The deadline for preliminary reservations is 5 May 2010.

Modifications can be made up to the 15 July 2010 deadline. Any request or changes after the 15 July 2010 deadline cannot be guaranteed.

Preliminary accommodation requests should be submitted as early as possible. All accommodations requests are processed in the order they are received.
