Sponsorship Overview

Premier Corporate Sponsor $10,000

  • Logo* will be displayed on the official Ogden World Cup website and athlete registration website.
  • Logo* will be displayed on the official Ogden World Cup website
    • Premier Sponsor screen will be displayed once per hour throughout event at the Qualification & Finals venue.
  • Logo* displayed on the volunteer shirt as Premier Sponsor.
  • Logo* displayed as Premier Sponsor on 2010 Archery World Cup banners at all venues.
  • Premier Sponsor banners will frame big screen throughout event at the Qualification & Finals venue.
    • Banners will need to be custom made at Sponsor’s cost to fit frame around big screen.
  • Recognition as Premier Sponsor during Opening Ceremony, Welcome Banquet and Closing Ceremony.
  • VIP passes to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Banquet, Finals and Closing Ceremony.
  • Sponsor banners will be displayed in prominent locations on the Qualification Field and/or Practice Field.
    • Up to eight (8) banners will be provided to OC as stated in Banner Details, page 3
  • Vendor Booth space included, $1,000 value:

  • Value‐in‐Kind contributions will be considered towards package price.

Official Sponsor $5,000

  • Logo* will be displayed on the official Ogden World Cup website and athlete registration website.
  • Logo* will appear as an Official Sponsor on the big screen.
    • Official Sponsor screen will be displayed once every two (2) hours throughout event at the Qualification & Finals venue.
  • Logo* displayed on the volunteer shirt as Official Sponsor.
  • Logo* displayed as an Official Sponsor on 2010 Archery World Cup banners at all venues.
  • Official Sponsors will receive 8 VIP passes to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Banquet, Finals and Closing Ceremony.
  • Official Sponsor banners will be displayed on the Qualification Field and/or Practice Field.
    • Up to four (4) banners will be provided to OC as stated in Banner Details, page 3
  • Vendor Booth space included, $1,000 value:

Supporting Sponsor $2,500

  • Logo* will be displayed on the official Ogden World Cup website and athlete registration website.
  • Logo* will appear as a Supporting Sponsor on the big screen.
    • Supporting Sponsor screen will be displayed once every four (4) hours throughout event at the Qualification & Finals venue.
  • Logo* displayed on the volunteer shirt as Supporting Sponsor.
  • Supporting Sponsors will receive 4 VIP passes to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Banquet, Finals and Closing Ceremony.
  • Supporting Sponsor banner will be displayed on the Qualification Field and/or Practice Field.
    • Up to two (2) banners will be provided to OC as stated in Banner Details, page 3

2010 Archery World Cup Event Sponsor
Tuesday, August 3rd through Friday, August 6th

Vendor Booth $1,000
Specifications:

  • One (1), 10 foot x 10 foot canopy tent (3m x 3m)
  • One (1), skirted, 6 foot table (2m)
  • Two folding chairs
  • Wireless internet
  • 110v power available upon request
    • Deadline to request power is July 1, 2010
  • Vendors may request space at the Finals Venue – limited to one (1) 6 foot table

Qualification Field Banner Sponsor $1,000

  • Sponsor banners will be displayed in various locations on the Qualification Field
  • See Banner Details, page 3

Practice Field Banner Sponsor $500

  • Sponsor banners will be displayed in various locations on the Practice Field
  • See Banner Details, page 3

Volunteer Shirt Sponsor $500

  • Logo* displayed on the volunteer shirt.

Archer Bag Sponsor $500

  • Donations can be made in cash or in‐kind.
  • Sponsor may provide product insertion to be included in Archer Bag.
    • Product will be reviewed and approved by OC prior to July 26, 2010.

Banner Details:

  • Banner to be provided to OC before July 26, 2010
  • Each banner will measure less than 9 feet x 3 feet (3m x 1m)
  • Banners larger than 9 feet x 3 feet (3m x 1m) will require OC approval
  • Banners will be provided at Sponsor’s cost

*Prior to June 1, 2010, sponsor shall provide their logo to OC in two formats: .ai and .jpg
